Sole Andromeda. Interviewer of Spinal Cord Groove.

Sole Andromeda and Serpentine Caroline originally met at an on-going community meal through Edible Hope sponsored through Saint Lukes/ Saint Paul churches in Ballard, Seattle Wa.  In the similar vein of this wonderful inclusive healthy food service,  this duo fell into a fun, easy and  stimulating friendship.  Their fast connection with each other was deeply founded on both their "knowing systems" connecting the dots between health, biology, compassion, earth, meditation, anatomy and physiology.  Their collaboration bridges their diverse life experiences as the spirit of their personal and community goals couldn't be more in sync.  They both are committed to reside on this planet as earth curious/passionate/compassionate creative beings.  Sole born in Miami Florida resides in a church and lives in awe of the essence of earth and the ancient healing arts as a blueprint for human evolution back to ourselves and the world around us. .  This passion is the fuel for their daily work to create and be a part of a peaceful and loving community.

Gravitate is about Greenlake in Seattle, WA but also dives deep into the soul of this special city’s lake for all to enjoy . The song is inspired by the free flowing poetry of Mose Lyons.

-In full appreciation of Randy California from the Band Spirit who inspired the beautiful and meaningful song by Led Zeppelin, "Stairway to heaven" , I compare the freedom of the spinal cord to the title of that song. The spinal cord is a pulsing, vibrational spiraling stairway from the caudia equina roots of the sacrum to the open ended pathway of our emotional, intuitive and autonomic, brain stem.  Interesting to note, how the cranial/sacral rhythm is slower than a normal breath cycle but the cranial pulse is super subtle and quick along with the pulse of the veins. With a focus on this kundalini continuity with proper visceral motility and nasal breathing , the creation of a clear mind, health body and unifying spirit is released to create, explore, evolve and resolve. My musical poetry and choreography as aka anatomist podcast Serpentine Caroline, depicts my free flow to dive into the possibilities of liberating the spinal cord with audio, visual and proprioceptive compositions.

When we give up our fear and hostilities by un bumble wrapping our innate abilities, we as humans might be able to co -exist and benefit from all of our deep seated passions and goals.

Enjoy
